I never thought of finger picking to be an actual disorder until I looked it up on the internet and came across lots of sites including this one. I dont know why I do it, its uncontrollable. My fingers are starting to look distorded and uneven around the nails due to the amount of picking I do. It does upset me looking at them, but I cant help doing it. I just wish there was something that I can do to stop it. If anyone has any hints and tips that have worked for them please share it so everyone can see and maybe aswell as helping me it could also help others. Thanks..
